Packing your gear for the fly-in…

Gear packed into canvas-type bags makes loading the plane easier. Pack all groceries in cardboard boxes, plastic containers, otherwise, triple-bag. Bundle-wrap (any) landing nets to avoid snags and tangles (We do have landing nets at the outposts).  Fishing rods in tubes are a good idea but if you don’t have a tube please remove all tackle from rods and tape together.
We encourage catch-and-release fishing. Pinching down hook barbs with pliers will reduce injury to fish stocks and help ensure continued good fishing in the future.
